After an entire week of being sick, I'm finally back to school in full force. Since today was rainy--not to mention the fact that it's Monday--I maintained a 50% attendance rate almost across the board. Though it makes my life a little tougher for the next few days because they have to catch up, I really, really enjoy the complete silence in my room. I also enjoy being able to zip through difficult concepts (i.e. simplifying fractions) with some of my lower-level students. My goal by Friday: Probability!!!!
